Wednesday, April 27,2011 a tragic Tornado hit Tuscaloosa, Alabama - my town.
We are safe, our home is still standing, we are beyond blessed...but for the town we cherish we will be rebuilding for quite some time...

We are not the only ones....from Mississippi to Tennessee to Georgia, but this for me is personal... These flat areas with just metal - those were homes, businesses, landmarks, historic places....

We are a state, a town, a family going through a storm. April's Fury is more than a nice title for a tornado it is how we will come back from this tragedy: with a furious, strong, resolve. We will rebuild. We will rise.
